Note:  The Association is a non-profit organization that has been registered with the Internal Revenue Service and is domiciled in the State of Texas.  At the moment, the Association is not incorporated and therefore has neither a federal nor state tax-exempt status.  This also means that it is not registered with any state corporation commission.  Any donations made to the Association are not currently tax deductible.
